YBeeM swarmRun a wall of screens like a single display.
YBeeM swarm is a hosted cloud for your whole kiosk fleet: stitch many units into one config-spanned video wall, place every screen on your floorplan, push updates from one place, and talk to the building over BACnet and Modbus out of the box.
See it: build a video wall
Drag screens into the grid. Each one renders its own tile, and together they become one image. This is exactly what the dashboard pushes to your swarm, live.
Tap a screen to place it — or drag it into any cell. Tap Auto-arrange to build the whole wall.
A sample kiosk screen. When a demo unit is online, its real display streams here live.
Everything a screen estate needs
Fleet management and video-wall orchestration in one place, with drag-and-drop throughout.
Config-spanned video walls
Lay out a rows×cols grid and drag kiosks into cells. Save, and the whole swarm converges on one combined image, live.
Floorplan placement
Upload a floorplan SVG and drop each screen where it physically stands. See what's online at a glance.
Fleet at a glance
Every unit reports in live with an online status. Name them, group them, address them individually.
Effortless updates
Push new content and software from your dashboard. Every screen keeps itself up to date, with no site visits and no USB sticks.
Access you control
Grant a site access with a single key, and switch it off in one click whenever you need to.
Zero-touch enrolment
A factory-fresh unit announces itself; you adopt it in a click and its credentials are delivered sealed over the air.
Talks to your building, not just your browser
Every kiosk is also a first-class BMS/SCADA endpoint. Expose health and control points to the systems you already run, with no extra hardware.
BACnet/IP
Health as Binary Inputs, control points as Binary/Multistate Values: reboot, blank, reprogram the kiosk view, all from the BMS.
Modbus TCP
Discrete inputs, coils and holding registers for SCADA: kiosk mode, rotation, brightness, volume, target host or URL, reboot.
Node-RED bridge
A live state file both ways, plus a Node-RED kiosk mode, so flows can read status and drive the screen.
HDMI-CEC
Power the display on and off and switch inputs over the HDMI cable, with no separate control wiring.
Scheduling & watchdog
On/off schedules and a hardware watchdog keep screens showing the right thing and self-heal if something hangs.
Reliable updates
Updates roll out from the cloud and are power-cut safe. If one ever goes wrong, it rolls straight back on its own.
From box to wall in four steps
The whole lifecycle is driven from your dashboard.
Power on
The unit boots the YBeeM image and announces itself on the onboarding channel.
Adopt
It appears as pending in your dashboard. Adopt it into a swarm in one click and it joins your fleet.
Place & lay out
Drop it on your floorplan and drag it into the video-wall grid. It renders its tile of the combined image.
Integrate & keep current
Wire it to the BMS over BACnet or Modbus, and push updates from the cloud whenever you like.
Simple, per-swarm licensing
Pay for what's running. The cloud is fully hosted and managed — nothing to install, run, or maintain; you just run your screens.
From $5 per active unit / month, billed monthly
A swarm is one licensed site. Your subscription tracks your active units, so you pay for exactly the screens you run, and you can turn a site's access on or off whenever you need.
Every unit is reachable from your dashboard: Take control opens a secure, on-demand remote session to any online screen — no VPN to stand up. For a quick one-off you can also reach a single unit directly over ZeroTier. Updates and the hosted swarm cloud are the paid tier.
